At Alyasmin, we offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Return Conditions
- In the same condition as received
- Unused and unworn
- With original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Returned items must be shipped to the following address:

Once your return is approved, we will send you a shipping label and instructions on how to send the package back.
Note: Items sent back without prior coordination via email will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for certain items, such as:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Clearance sale items
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, the fastest way is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.
If approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
